external links doesn't work #229

i am developing a ruby on rails app which has a pre tag displays html article

and i used monocle to handle the overflow and pagination of the pre tag and it worked brilliant 👍

but the problem is that i can't open the external links in the article as the page appeared to be like an image and uncontrollable for me
