Hey,
I am trying to understand what are the reuquiremnts for this to work.
I understand you need

Jetpack
An influxdb server
Something to run periodically the script in this repo (jenkins controlling one of our pods in this case)
I figure you also need API Bearer Auth plugin.

Do you also need a paying account for Jetpack?

Answering to your question:

Jetpack, yes, the free version is fine
Yes, an InfluxDB, and Grafana Server
Yes, the script it is attached on this project already, that query the restapi every x minutes you define and grab the info :) probably every 12 hours is enough really.
