updateUserIds on Joomla Installation

Until version 4.1 of Joomla it was possible to create installation packages by creating custom.sql, which when installing updated the user of the banners, categories, articles, tags and other Joomla core components. But since version 4.2 it is no longer possible (in the version improvements they mentioned the installer improvement), now it only updates in categories, tags and workflows.

I would like to know why they removed it and what is the alternative to update the user as up to Joomla 4.1.x using the Joomla 4.2 installer.
