Documentation: bunch of 404s in wiki

What is the background of this bug report?
Reading through the Fundamentals, I noticed the links to all sample .csv files (e.g. word.csv, unit.csv) do not resolve and generate a 404 error.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://github.com/johnwdubois/rezonator/wiki/2.-Fundamentals
2. Click on any link to a sample .csv file
3. See error

Describe what to do for the desired behavior
Navigate to the expected file.

I believe this page should simply be rewritten - it has, in fact, been years since the data was last structured like this! Perhaps a quick introduction to node maps (the current structure of the files) would be a better option to replace it.
