I had tried HLDA algorithm and fully drill-down it. It is not giving expected hierarchy of topic because it is not able to extract isolated topics generally. Every child of parent should co-related with each other while HLDA does not show it up. I have fitted my own logic for document weight as well as word weight in levels but problem here is that during initialization it just fixes the tree so for every iteration it just exchanges word over topic. Below example is hierarchy over 848 wiki docs in which one can't interprete child-parent relation here. What could be the possible reason?
