Move this project in organization to have a better development

Dear @joedevivo,

It is possible to move this repository in an organization to have a better development?

The current development has been stopped more 2 years ago.
The last official build is 0.8.0 (2018-08-27), soon 5 years ago.

I know that @tsloughter works a lot on it and on grpcbox too.

Same for your other repositories:

I propose to move in https://github.com/chatterbox-project.
