Implement some analogue to "Templates"

Notion's databases allow for templates to be specified ("New" > ""). While this is incredibly useful, on a sufficiently large database, it's not feasible to manually generate these.

There also doesn't seem to be API access to query these templates (and essentially duplicate the blocks), which means achieving this would require allowing users to specify these templates.

So far, its unclear how this would happen, but it would definitely be nice-to-have.
