windows8的IE10语言包名称有变化，原来我们是zh_CN或zh_TW，现在是zh-Hans-CN,zh-Hans，zh-Hans-TW，这导致原来程序利用浏览器的HTTP_ACCEPT_LANGUAGE来自动识别用户语言的功能受影响，相关程序必须做调整。现在还发现不仅IE会这样，发现部分国内手机都识别 zh-Hans-CN，例：华为-mate20pro、iphone6S

如果默认无法满足可以调用的时候自己定义数组即可。ie都忘记有他的存在了

大中国好像都是zh开头的吧
