lecture: could use .codesmall by the slide title to help the er dataset url fit on the slide
lab:
could maybe drop installing ggplot2 from the lab
could maybe remind them about the viewer option in the lab (everyone wanted that today :P)
could remind them to launch esquisse again for 1.2
