Formatting is looking funky on deployed pages

Is there one style.css file that's right or wrong somewhere?

I think I need to edit the icon sizes and re-upload them. I didn't save them as a specific size assuming we'd tune it within the cheatsheet

just clarifying here that the css does size all of the icons - the css was getting overwritten by some code in the _site.yml file
