Publish Opera 15 add on.

Now that Opera 15 is using Chromium, this extension should work with Opera. One can install on Opera from Chrome Web Store using "Download Chrome Extension" addon for Opera.

But would be good idea to publish this officially to the Opera addons site, following the submission process. Shouldn't be much work to tweek any needed changes for Opera submission.

At last check, there's no REST client add on in the Opera site. This being my favorite REST client on Chrome, it would be a kick ass first to market item on Opera add on site.
