Usability: please put [Clear][Send] buttons at the left side, instead of right #14

currently the Clear and Send buttons are placed at the far right. Often time they are out of the window size and need to scroll in order to hit them. Very bad user experience.
Suggestion:
place the 2 buttons at the left side.
