Blank terminal window on mac os sierra

Hi there ,
when I turn-on terminal-plus in my atom installation any new terminal window simply shows up blank
with just the cursor blinking, typing anything on the keyboard or pasting any text has no effect.

Atom version: 1.15.0, MAC.

Getting the same problem here with Mac OS Sierra 10.12.3.

Never mind, it seems that this issue has been around for a couple months, and resolved already - please refer to #398
