Links not working when in folder. #130

When placing dashboard in folder. the URL to the Build locations are not correct contain duplicate information

Example should be : /job/FolderName/job/JobName/7/

This is what tries to navigate tohttp://localhost:8080/job/FolderName/view/Environments/job/FolderName/job/JobName/7/
