If Mouse Driver Version 7.00 is installed when Cadkey is used, the
mouse is limited to a 1-inch x 1-inch area in the upper left-hand
corner of the screen.
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Mouse Driver Version
7.00. This problem was corrected in Mouse Driver Version 7.04.
