Proxy Server 1.0. To use Proxy Server with IIS 4.0, you must upgrade from Proxy
Server version 1.0 to Proxy Server 2.0.

upgraded to Proxy Server 2.0 before installing IIS 4.0, you must reinstall Proxy
Server 2.0. Proxy Server will not function correctly if you do not reinstall
