SYMPTOMS
========

When you use the version of CONVERT.EXE included with versions 3.0, 3.0b, and
3.2 of Microsoft Mail for Windows, and the Mail server's hard disk is completely
full, a general protection fault (GP fault) will occur when you attempt to
convert folders.

RESOLUTION
==========

There is no loss of data and, after freeing hard drive space on the server, you
can rerun CONVERT.EXE.
