Marinade your prawns (I do one fresh pack) in chilli oil, paprika, garlic granules and onion granules for as long as you can
Put 180g linguine on to boil in some salted water
Heat a tbsp butter & a tbsp olive oil in a large frying pan and once melted/hot, add in half a finely chopped white onion
Once your onion is translucent, add in four chopped garlic cloves and a chopped red chilli
After about 4 minutes, add in your prawns and a generous splash of lemon juice
Once your prawns are pretty much cooked, add in 2 tbsp creme fraiche, 100ml pasta water and as much Parmesan as you can be bothered grating, I did about 70g
Your sauce should start to thicken and become silky, add in your cooked linguine and give everything a good toss to cover all your pasta in silky sauce
Plate up, grate some more Parmesan over the top, sprinkle some chopped parsley and some red chilli flakes and voilaaaaaaaa 🤌🏼🤌🏼🤌🏼
