Various fixes and a small but useful addition to jbang init.

Lets us have jbang create a starting file with dependencies already filled in avoiding to do an extra round trip. I.e. to start using prettyTime do: `jbang init —deps org.ocpsoft.prettytime:prettytime:5.0.2.Final trickortreat.Java
