So far, we have commands to export CSV files for a neuprint ingestion and also to load those CSV files into a new neo4j database:

flyem-snapshot -c my-config.yaml
ingest-neuprint-snapshot-using-apptainer my-snapshot

But we need a script that can deploy the resulting neo4j database to a production server, update the appropriate config files, and restart the relevant services. More details on Slack in #neuprint-admin:
