The menu takes up a lot of the screen. It would be good to have the option to minimize it.

The pane in neu3? Most space was taken by the protocol window. But you can drag the control panes around to free some space.

The left pane menu which includes the protocol and the body list takes up a lot of space. I don't think there is a minimize (which would be ideal I would think) but you can float the panes around un anchored.
