Preview buttons don't work immediately after setting presets

If you press any "set" button, if the next press is a preview button ("1"-"6") it doesn't work. Not a massive issue, because the next press then does work!

I've just reproduced this; we're sending the right messages to the camera, but it's not responding quickly enough. (If you pause a few seconds before hitting the numbered buttons, it works).

We should make sure we're not sending commands too fast to the camera.

Worth retesting this with current develop since the serial refactoring should have fixed this problem.
