Loading

Remove unnecessary configs (most/all are related to lab or features that will be removed).
Add to pypi and conda forge.
Pick a stable combo of versions for scipy stack, matplotlib and tensorflow and fix those as the supported versions.
Freeze environment packages for easy reinstall/consistent development.
Remove no-longer-needed dependencies
