This doc is just a draft to help folks who want to test this feature. I used 1.6.rc.0 build.

Created a wiki page for folks to collaborate on the docs for this, already easier to allow others to follow steps. cc @GregHanson @irisdingbj

Moved the create remote secret cmd to be after istiod-remote installation per @GregHanson 's feedback.
