Hay 2 proyectos en el repositorio y debe haber solo 1 , recomiendo lo siguiente:

Bajar el repo
Crear los siguiente estructura :
1. README
2. Un folder por ejemplo "source"
3. y si tienen archivos de prueba un folder "files"
4. Subir los cambios al repo
