This FAQ would provide insights and guidelines on how users can access IPFS content without a continuous internet connection. This could include caching strategies, offline mode capabilities, and any relevant tools or protocols.

Proposed Content:

Explanation of IPFS offline capabilities.
Strategies for caching IPFS content for offline use.
Any specific tools or configurations that facilitate offline IPFS usage.
