Publish musl-linked release binaries

I'm getting this error on iota-node startup while trying to run it under Debian 12.9:

/usr/local/bin/iota-node: /lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libc.so.6: version `GLIBC_2.38' not found (required by /usr/local/bin/iota-node)

Pease consider publishing binaries linked (statically) against musl libc instead of glibc to avoid such issues and make them work under any Linux distro.
