Allow re-ordering of Dashboard Sections & direct link to Invoices

Right now the Dashboard sections are:

[Welcome] [Overview]
[Recent Activity] [Recent Payments]
[Upcoming Invoices] [Past Due Invoices]
[Expired Quotes] [Upcoming Quotes]
[Upcoming Recurring Invoices]

And there is no way to reorder them. There should be a way....

Also, clicking on "Total Invoices Outstanding" [Counter] in the bottom of the [Welcome] section should take one to the "Invoices" section...
