Prep:

  • curate stakeholder lists
  • deploy AZ contract
    • verify multisig access via contracts-ui
    • run register_stakeholder script to add all stakeholders
    • run script to verify all stakeholders added successfully
  • deploy ARB contract
    • verify multisig access via OZ Defender & Safe
    • setup TokenOps pools
    • work with TokenOps to add bulk stakeholder list to all pools
    • verify all stakeholders added successfully
  • setup AZ monitor
  • setup ARB monitor

Execute:

  • point contract owners to TGE MOP
  • supervise, or perform TGE remotely for chiefs for each contract
  • verify TGE success for each contract
