Steps to reproduce

1. Connect the extension to a wallet address from the ILF test wallet
2. Visit https://sidvishnoi.com/test/wm/
3. Send a one-time payment to this web page
4. Remain on the web page, and click on the URL https://ilp.interledger-test.dev/sid-mxn-1
5. Navigate back to https://sidvishnoi.com/test/wm/
6. Open the Web Monetization extension

Expected result

• The extension icon appears with the small, green checkmark
• The extension pop-up opens & allows me to make a one-time payment

Actual result

• The extension icon shows a small, red X
• The extension pop-up shows this message "This website is not monetized."
