Describe the bug
I have a subscription in Teams that stopped working after SSO was enabled in Teams. I reauthenticated in Teams with a SSO enabled token, then and enabled the subscription again - but new events to not show up in teams

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. In Teams: @github subscribe list --> Subscribed to the following repository: <owner>/<repo>
  2. Create a new issue
  3. Nothign happens
