By using macros or autoclickers, players gain a significant advantage by clicking very fast. Advantages include attack-slowdown/reducing and a significantly higher chance of earlier attacks.
This check enforces a global click speed limit by counting player clicks and applying it to a given limit.
The check should be quite accurate, especially for players on 1.8 servers.
On 1.9+ clients, you may experience small deviations.
