1. separate nix build logs

Problem

There is only a single huge log for all derivations, making it hard to find details about why your build failed.

Proposed Solution

Use nix-eval-jobs in tullia to store build logs separately (maybe in loki by label).

Then just print a summary with links to each log, either on a new cicero page or on loki directly.

In cicero v3 we would like to support multiple tasks per run that can be dynamically spawned, which would naturally provide separation of logs.
