If you are reporting a bug with the DICOM Standard Browser (dicom.innolitics.com), please add the browser label to the issue.

I am unable to change the label of the issue.

Bug description

"ISO_IR100" is not a valid value for SpecificCharacterSet, but is listed as such here: https://dicom.innolitics.com/ciods/nm-image/sop-common/00080005.

Thanks for reporting this @fedorov ! I hope you're doing well and things are good at the IDC. We're hoping to restart an intern program sometime soon and when we get an intern hopefully they'll be able to work through a backlog of small bugs/issues with the dicom standard browser.
