Some DICOM tag descriptions are incomplete since notes are not included in the details tab. Compare this apge

and in particular notice that "Note 1" does not appear in the DICOM Standard Browser page.

If the note were referenced in the table, I believe it would be pulled in. Thus, it seems like we need an additional "linking" mechanism to connect the table to the appropriate tag descriptions.
