Run commands automatically when using sshd

When I work inside a container using sshd, there are a few things like to do to create a development environment, for example, installing vim.

It would be good if I could have a .rc file that forklift would use when sshding a container image for the first time.

Can implement in the existing YAML configuration, i.e. install Vim in ~/.config/forklift/_default.yaml and perform project-specific tasks in ~/.config/forklift/project.yaml.
