В хабе много наборов данных из системы ЕМИСС - https://fedstat.ru не привязанных к Росстату
Эти наборы данных имеют префикс "emiss_" и тэг "емисс".

Необходимо:

добавить их в группу "Статистика" https://hubofdata.ru/group/stats
добавить их в группу "Статистика с портала ЕМИСС" https://hubofdata.ru/group/emiss
назначить им организацию "Федеральная служба статистики" https://hubofdata.ru/organization/gks
