About the advancement "Freedom"

Hi,
I just found out how powerful the goblin theif is.
It got Resistance V when it was weak and got hitted. Even though I got a netherite axe with Sharpness V I cannot hurt it at all.
Did you do this on purpose?
Besides, I found not all things listed on the lang file was not real equipment. Such as Goblin Fear, Headbiter chestplate, leggings and boots; potion of swift flight.
