Right now I have series of images, image-0.tif, image-1.tif, image-2.tif, etc. Where each image is a 2 channel z-stack. When I import the image sequence, the x and y dimensions are set correctly, but the z dimension is set as the x and y dimension. It would be helpful if the z dimension was set from one of the image stacks. It would also be nice if the channels were set too.
