How to decrease startup time

Hello. I'm running this on a Pi Zero W to stream picam to an iPad. It's working well, but it takes a long time to start the server (147 seconds). Is this normal, and is there anything I can do to speed it up? Would it help to disable the rtmp server if I am only using rtsp?

By the way, is there any advantage to using nginx-rtmp-module instead of this node server? I haven't tried the nginx module yet, but I see it's recommended on the picam readme.
