Goal

Add Cure Peace's janken like rubicure, and Uni's non-PreCure transformations (cf. sue445/rubicure#210)

How

Adding a MonadRandom monad to the monad stack will solve the problem.

IMO Mao and Bakenyan (and Blue Cat too?) shouldn't be able to transform into Cure Cosmo until she undisguises.
So Super PreCure Monad, which is being implemented in https://github.com/igrep/typesafe-precure/tree/super-precure-monad may conflict.

Actually, I don't have to make the return value of disguise random. Just adding Mao, Bakenyan and Bluecat as a argument may suffice
