Describe the bug

All the Download clinical data buttons are not working in QA. The buttons would download en empty zip file.
IT's ONLY happening in QA.

Buttons broken:

  1. The CLINICAL DATA button on the submitted page.
  2. The entity download button on each tab of the submitted page.
  3. The buttons would download empty zip files when a donor ID is entered to the search bar. They should download filtered clinical data.

Steps To Reproduce

Expected Results:

  1. The CLINICAL DATA button on the submitted page should download all clinical data in a zip file.
  2. The entity download buttons should download the selected data only.
  3. When filters are applied, the CLINICAL DATA and download entity data button should only download the selected donors.
