Detailed Description

Based on the user role program visibilities in https://wiki.oicr.on.ca/display/icgcargotech/Program+And+User+Management+System, users will see different pages and programs based on their permissions.

Exit Criteria

Refer to 4.User Story - Page Accessibility - user story 1 - 4.
