The indicator in the dashboard is currently rendering off the CLINICAL_SUBMISSIONS_QUERY which includes all the of the entire outstanding submission. This is very slow when there is a lot of data outstanding in the submission. We should update the component to use a smaller query.

The same should be done for the registration status indicator
