Describe the bug

Gateway response for sample registration is 10x bigger than what the Clinical API response is.

Steps To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. upload 3k file to clinical registration endpoint, note the response size in browser network 1.3 MB
  2. check the graphql response size after uploading the file through the UI, the response is 13 MB

Expected behaviour

A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.
a factor of 10 is too big and will affect clients around the world, we need to find a way to optimize this and reduce the overhead.

@blabadi I will close this ticket bc I already have one formatted and in progress right now to be talked about in sprint planning.

I have not clicked create yet as I am still recording information on it, but it will be done today.
