In OPENJ9_PLATFORM_SETUP there is a call

OPENJ9_PLATFORM_EXTRACT_VARS_FROM_CPU($build_cpu)

which does the wrong thing when cross compiling, leading to x86 objects being created when cross compiling for arm.
