There is a RHEL image which has a minimal variant at only 79MB! We should switch the RHEL version of the IBM JRE to use this new image.

@dinogun - this is the new image I mentioned yesterday. Smaller footprint, and seems to be right direction.

Dan will be making a PR for this.
