I'm sure you guys are trying to implement everything and more than what the InvisaGig toolkit does, with the bandlocking and updates already being implemented / worked on, any plans for a live signal for best placement, and maybe a dark mode for simpleadmin :)

@dr-dolomite is hard at work on the front end, I know for sure he'll have a dark mode light mode toggle feature soon with the all new Simple admin 2.0

We have been interested in reducing the refresh rate down lower however we have to be careful not to overload the little single core armv7 32-bit processor on board. I believe we can achieve something similar to the IG of a rate of 3 seconds. The new x72 and x75 cards that should be arriving next month from Quectel should be a lot more flexible for things like this.
The RM550V-GL (x72) and RM551E-GL (x75) will have a 64 bit quad core. (Which will complicate the install process of the toolkit installer a little bit, will need to add new checks so the correct binary is downloaded for the correct architecture.)

I already implemented dark mode on the Simple Admin 2.0. Stay tuned 😁

I really think it would be nice to see the option to switch languages on the fly. If need be we can restructure the www folder to allow this.

I think I remember seeing something about switching character sets with an AT command, maybe that will help enable sending text with Chinese letters. I'll see if I can find it and I'll reply with it.

For now, your implementation of sending texts with simpleadmin would be a great contribution to the project. If you need help setting up GitHub for collaboration let me know! GitHub desktop will watch the repo folder and allow you to manage changes and pull requests into other repos on GitHub.

I tried using the "GitHub Desktop" version.
I attempted to convert the character set for sending text, but it was not successful. It seems that some configurations are still missing, or it could be a module version issue.

Maybe we can create a new branch for Chinese version and make it an option when installing Simple Admin from toolkit?

I have translated Simple Admin and RMxxx_rgmii_toolkit into Chinese versions. Some features can be installed offline, but OPKG still requires a network.
