[Feature Request] Open the Quick Access Menu through new actions

Feature description

The idea is just that you can access the Quick Access Menu through the double tap and/or double press of the power button.
There are already some option that the double tap does, but I would like to add that feature because the swipe up doesn't really work well with the setting "System Navigation" set to "Gesture"
