Add payment platform

As an extension developer it would be nice to be paid to continue working on new features and maintenance. To enable this, how would users pay for my time and how would my time be invested to give current users the most value and enrol new users.

Consider:

• How can we make payment easy?
• How can payments be recorded for each user?
• How can users be rewarded for their support?
